It's true our pepper butter is good on everything but here are a few of our favorite recipes:


Mingo's Party Dip

2-3 Tbsp Mingos Pepper Butter

8oz block of cream cheese


Mix ingredients until smooth.  Serve with chips, crackers, veggies or pretty much anything!


Chicken Salad;

2 cans chicken or tuna, drained

2 Tbsp Mingo's Pepper Butter

2 Tbsp Mayo or greek yogurt

Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients & serve on bread, crackers, chips or veggies.


Chicken a la Mingo

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup tortilla chips, French fried onions or Jalapenos, crushed

4 tbsp Mingo dip (see above recipes for dip)

salt, pepper, garlic salt

6 slices of bacon

Spread Mingo Dip on the butterflied chicken breasts.  Sprinkle crushed chips on top and season with salt pepper & garlic salt to taste.  Roll each chicken breast into a log and wrap with abacon.  Bake at 350 for approx. 90 minutes or until bacon is crispy.


Meatloaf

2lbs lean ground beef

1lb lean ground pork

1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crumbled

2 large eggs

1 4.5 oz can of tomato paste

1 medium onion, chopped

3 tbsp Mingos Pepper Butter

Salt & Pepper to taste

Ketchup

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix ingredients well and place in greased loaf pan.  Cover with ketchup and bake about one hour or until the ketchup starts to burn.


Stuffed Mushrooms

10 small stemless prtabella mushrooms

Mingos dip (see recipe)

3 slices cooked smoked bacon

shredded cheese

Minced onion

Roasted garlic

Salt

seasoning blend (we siggest Badia)

Preheat oven to 350.  Cut bacon in squares.  Fill mushroom caps with Mingo's dip, sprinkle with onion, garlic, salt and seasoning blend.  Cover the filled mushrooms with bacon and cheese.  Bake 20-25 minutes.


Cornbread

1 box prepared Jiffy cornbread

1 4oz can of chooped green chiles

1/2 cup sredded cheese

1 tbsp Mingos Pepper butter

Mix all ingredients, pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate, bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.


These are just a few of our favorite recipes but we have yet to try anything that doesn't taste better with Mingo's!!!
